Our team of knowledgeable concrete contractors can offer their expert opinion on the best design, installation and

Pre Pour Ground Survey

We carry out a pre pour ground survey prior to our concrete flooring operatives’ arrival on site. After the
groundworks have been carried out we use high tech lasers to check ground consistency, ensuring that all
levels and depths are in accordance with the engineers’ requirements.

Armored Joints

Otherwise known as a leave in place formwork, are designed to create a secure boundary during the
concrete pouring process and provide a range of benefits. We us armored joints to reduce the risk of
cracks in the concrete slab and prevent damage once the concrete floor is in use.

Steel Fixings and Preparation

We use our own in-house steel fixers to do all the necessary setting up prior to pouring. We use a range of
materials to meet the needs of the concrete flooring project at hand, from metal decking and mesh
reinforcement, to our own steel fiber pin machine which adds pins to the concrete lorries at the plant.

Concrete Finishing Services

Our concrete floor installation team have a vast amount of knowledge when it comes to completing
concrete pours both big and small, both on time and on budget. Since the preparation team will have
completed their job the day before, our concrete finishing team just has to confirm the datum with the
site management and commence pouring the concrete floor, preparing it for high quality concrete
finishing.

Saw Cutting

We have our own experienced saw cutting team, who cut the concrete floor slabs after they have been
finished and cured with a curing agent. The saw cutting team works closely with our office logistics team
to gather all relevant information and drawings for the concrete flooring project being worked on. The
majority of our saw cuts are done on a 6m section, but this is ultimately down to the engineers and client.
